    Sales spike to 17 million tickets as Qatar gets a slew of booking inquiries

    FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 has sparked a flood of booking requests from fans and tourists. The World Cup is expected to bring an influx of visitors to Qatar, which provides a link between East and West and is accessible from many major cities around the world. It is less than 280 days until this year’s highly anticipated tournament in eight magnificent stadiums across Qatar, and more than 17 million tickets have already been sold in the first phase of sales.

    Sales spike to 17 million tickets as Qatar gets a slew of booking inquiriesThere have been a huge number of inquiries for World Cup reservations from Asia, Europe, the US, South Africa, and other parts of Africa and South America. Many creative options have been introduced by organizers and the government to accommodate the expected 1.5 million visitors over the course of the World Cup.

    In addition to the hotels and apartments available to rent, many cruise ships have been chartered from MSC Cruises, which will provide 3,898 cabins during the event. There will also be the option for fans to camp in the desert during the event.
